Eligibility

First year
A Pass in any one of the HSC(Vocational Subject: both +1 and +2) as given below with anyone of the Engineering related subjects namely Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry with a minimum average percentage put together as given below:

Lateral Entry

A pass in Diploma in Engineering and Technology or equivalent with the average marks as given below

For General category : 45%
For reserved category : 40%

Candidates are admitted through single window counseling by Government of Tamilnadu through TNEA counselling for government quota . Candidates have to apply through TNEA by filling all the data and submitting the necessary documents. TNEA will prepare the merit list and the seats will be allotted through a computerized online process.
For Management quota, Candidates may apply either in personoronline by duly filling out the application form and submitting the required documents to the office. They will have to apply to the Consortium and will get a rank card . After the last date of submission, a merit list will be prepared, and eligible candidates will be allotted their branch of study through the counseling process.
