Placement Cell Governance, Authority & Execution

The Placement Cell operates under the complete administrative and strategic control of the Correspondent, who formulates, reviews, and approves all placement plans, targets, and outcomes. The Correspondent conducts periodic reviews to monitor progress and ensure compliance, while the Placement Cell, led by the Dean – Placements and supported by faculty coordinators and student placement leaders, functions strictly as an execution body, implementing approved strategies with discipline, accountability, and result orientation.

Authority & Control

  • The Placement Cell formulates and approves the overall placement vision, annual action plans, targets, and performance benchmarks.
  • All strategic decisions related to training, recruiter engagement, timelines, and expected outcomes are subject to internal review and approval.
  • Periodic, outcome-driven reviews are conducted to assess progress, compliance, and effectiveness.

Execution & Accountability

  • The Placement Cell functions strictly as an execution body, implementing approved plans without deviation.
  • The Dean – Placements, faculty coordinators, and student placement leaders are accountable for timely, disciplined, and result-oriented execution.
  • Execution is continuously monitored against predefined milestones, targets, and quality standards.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Detailed execution reports, performance metrics, and placement outcomes are prepared at regular intervals.
  • Reports are reviewed internally for direction, corrective action, and continuous improvement.
  • Feedback from reviews is immediately incorporated into ongoing and future placement activities.

This governance framework ensures absolute accountability, disciplined execution, and measurable placement outcomes, fully aligned with institutional objectives and quality standards.
