Overview

The Diploma in Garment Technology is a career-oriented programme , established in the year 2007, affiliated to the Directorate of Technical Education (DOTE), Tamil Nadu, uniquely designed to meet the requirements of the textile and apparel industry. The department is equipped with well-established laboratories and workshops such as Garment Construction, Pattern Making, Apparel Production, Textile Testing, Fashion Illustration, and CAD for Apparel Design, with modern machines and equipment as prescribed by DOTE norms.
